A wine that seeks to perfectly showcase the Greco grape variety appears to be evolving promisingly within the vineyards of Feudi di San Gregorio, subjected to a new winemaking recipe, resulting in a highly promising outcome. To begin with, the grapes are hand-harvested, with only healthy clusters being selected for further processing. Fermentation takes place for 5 months in stainless steel barrels, with the preference for the lees stirring method to integrate the suitable lees. Consequently, the taster is greeted with a straw-yellow color and subtle yet intense and persistent golden reflections. On the olfactory level, clear fruit sensations are present, along with traces of mint that seem to chime in. On the palate, the attack is spirited, with mineral notes marking their territory, leading to a distinctive finish. Best enjoyed with Mediterranean dishes, various cheeses (such as buffalo mozzarella), or Ricetta Spigola all'acqua. La nivel olfactiv se regasesc senzatii clare de fructe, dar si urme de menta, care parca clopotesc. Pe palat atacul este aprig, notele minerale marcandu-si teritoriul, conducand la un final diferit.
